"There are more electrolytes in one banana than a gallon of Gatorade."

When exercising, we need to hydrate to fight fatigue.  When we exercise for more than 90 minutes, we lose electrolytes.  Replacing those electrolytes are important.

Many people use sport drinks to replace electrolytes.  Sport drinks have refined sugar, chemicals, and dyes in them.  One banana can replace your electrolytes.

Another option is to blend one banana with purified water...Use that as your sport drink!  It's natural, healthy, replaces sugar (with natural sugar), replaces electrolytes and gives your body potassium to help prevent muscle cramping.  And it's soooooo much cheaper!  Healthier and cheaper!  Can't beat that!
