"Nearly 90% of all degenerative diseases start in the digestive tract."

If you are eating 2-3 meals daily, but only go to the bathroom once, food gets "backed up."  Over time, your body will accumulate 6-9 "rotting" meals in your system at one time.  If you don't have at least 2-3 bowel movements per day, waste material begins to rot, creating stagnant toxins.  These toxins reabsorb into your body, attack your immune system and make you more prone to disease.  The toxins also make you tired, nauseous, achy and irritable.

A dirty colon becomes a breeding ground for parasites, yeast infections, tumors and disease.  Additionally, old, hard-packed waste will damage your digestive tract, causing fissures, hemmorhoids, polyps, and possibly cancer."
