Real wellness includes laughing. Laughing with others...and laughing at yourself.
It's easy to laugh with others. Laughing at yourself is not only healthy, but shows confidence in who you are and realness.
Laughing at yourself allows you to relax and be real about not being perfect. Trying to be perfect....or putting on a front that you are perfect creates stress. Laughing creates a sense of well being and releases stress.
When you have the ability to laugh at yourself, you are able show yourself and others that everyone makes mistakes. Laughing at yourself gives you permission to be REAL.
