"Rebounding (mini-trampoline) adds flexibility to the neck, knees, hips, ankles, and back...

Rebounding is not only fun, but easy to do.  It is great for the joints...no hard surface impact like most forms of exercise.  Bouncing on the tarp of the rebounder helps absorb any shock to the joints, making exercise, more comfortable and more fun.  When exercise feels good, people are more likely to do it.   When exercise is fun, they look forward to it."
