REAL FITNESS

"Rebounding (mini-trampoline) improves digestion and elimination.

The vertical jumping motion helps to exercise all parts of the body,
including the digestive system.  

The pressure (or increased gravitational pull) of  jumping helps to
stimulate the colon and increase blood flow to parts of the body
