Instead of buying expensive skin care products, put raw, fresh fruit on your face, neck and body to cleanse, exfoliate and moisturize...

It can be confusing to choose a skin care product from all of the skin care companies out there.  There are so many products to choose from and you don't even know if they work.  Some have a money back guarantee, but who has time to return products with life as busy as it is?

Skin care companies jack up the prices for women's skin care, because they know that they will pay it.  There is so much more pressure on women in this society to look good, young and attractive.  Because of this, companies know they can get away with charging high prices.

Fresh papaya is great for exfoliating or as a fruit skin peel.  The enzymes in papaya eat the dead skin cells on your face, neck and body...leaving your skin very smooth.

Fresh aloe vera is healing to the skin.  We know it is good for sunburn, but it is also healing to skin any other time.  While wearing an aloe vera mask, it allows your skin to breathe.

Honey is a great cleanser and healer of the skin.

Avocado is an excellent moisturizer.

Try any one of these as a mask for 20-30 minutes and then wash off.

Save money and confusion with fresh fruits from your refrigerator and/or grocery store!  They are so much less expensive and a little goes a long way!

Note: Using organic friuts/food is best if you can get it.
Also, if you juice at home, try using the juice pulp on your skin...If you don't have a juicer you can use a food processor or put the fruit diredtly on your face.
