You may not believe it at first, but keep saying it.
Over time, your mind will start to believe it and
your body will become it.
If you are impatient, just remember this:
Think of how many times you told yourself or
thought negatively about yourself...Negative self-talk.
How many times have you done this? For how many years?
How many times other people may have talked negatively to you?
How many years?
Be patient, dedicated and persistent.
You are re-programming your brain.
Your brain was programmed to think a certain way in the past.
You are now re-programming your brain to think positive.
It takes some time.
Make a committment to yourself.
Stick with it.
The changes will come.
Your mind will learn to think differently.
Your body will start to look different.
