You choose whether you want to eat, exercise, not exercise, smile, cry,
laugh, dance, think negatively or think positively.
We choose how we react to things in life. We choose to be angry or to blow it off.
We choose to judge people or to accept them. We choose to go forward in life
or to stay stuck and stagnate.
Every moment we are making choices. The most critical choice we make, I believe,
is how we choose to think. Remember what I read in Louise Hay's book,
"The only thing we are ever dealing with, is a thought, and a thought can be changed."
If a negative thought pops into your mind, stop it, right there, and change it.
Change it to a positive thought.
Do this on a regular basis
and it will change your life.
