Think about it...When you do not get enough sleep...the next day you are tired...your reflexes are slower, your brain works slower, so why wouldn't you fat burning process be slower?
Do yourself a favor, get the sleep you need. It will make you feel like a new person, put you in a better mood, and also help you lose unwanted pounds!
And when we are tired, we tend to eat more food and make unhealthy food choices in order to give ourselves energy. If we are fully rested, we are less likely to eat as much and more likely to make healthier food choices!
