"Getting away is therapeutic to anyone who is feeling stressed, down or overwhelmed.  Making a change in your environment can be healing even if it is just for a day or two...

You can gain a different perspective by going out of town...even staying local but getting away from home life.
I know a couple that have been married for 20+ years.  They go to a hotel in the city they live in, just to get away from the phone calls, kids, and chores of home life.  It helps restore the romance and make their relationship stronger.

When you take time out to "breathe" restores your mind, body and soul...Even if it's for only for one can come back home refreshed with an energized feeling of getting back to reality.

Do yourself a favor...plan a trip...go on vacation...or rent a room for the night in the city you live in.  It'll put your body, mind and soul at ease.

If you have trouble deciding...give it the Deathbed Test...if you were on your deathbed... would you have wished you'd done it?"
