PARTY EATING

"Drink a big glass of water before eating at a party.  You'll eat less food and be hydrated, creating less of a hangover...

Sometimes we think we are hungry, and really, we are just thirsty.  Even if you are hungry, drinking a large amount of water will fill you up and leave less room for unhealthy foods to be eaten.

As far as a hangover goes...usually both headaches and fatigue are from dehydration.  So, drink a large glass of water before eating or drinking at a party.  You'll gain less weight, and you'll feel much better!"
