REAL PARTY EATING

"Bring a veggie tray to the party, or something healthy...that way you'll have something healthy to eat at the party...

Many parties include mainly carbs and some protein.  That's fine, but the combination of the two will make you tired...and filling very full.  Bringing a veggie tray or salad gives you something healthy to eat with the protein.  Eaing protein and veggies is not only healthier, but will leave you feeling more energetic and lighter...not so sluggish and full.

Whenever I bring something to a party I take a veggie tray...that way I know I have something healthy to fall back on in case the party food is starchy carbs or unhealthy.

Not only is a veggie tray and salad healthy, but they are colorful and pretty to look at!  Bringing and eating a veggie tray to parties will help you maintain, instead of gaining the "Holiday 7."
