"If Cedar Fever is bothering you this time of year, try the Allergy Diet. Eat ONLY fish, chicken, meat, turkey, vegetables (no tomatoes), fruit (no citrus) and water....nothing else.
Eating any kind of grains, wheat, eggs, dairy, sugar, dark colas, chocolate, citrus fruits, or tomato/tomato products may make your allergy symptoms worse. Try the allergy diet for a few days and see how you feel. You don't have to eat this way all the time...you may just try it during your airborne allergy season.
