"For those of you who have allergy congestion, try bouncing on a mini-trampoline, bosu or stability ball for 5-10 minutes. The bouncing up and down helps create a clearing of the sinuses...

Within our bodies, we have a lymphatic system.  The lymphatic system does not have a pump.  Bouncing up and down acts as a pump.  The pressure of bouncing helps to pump out toxins, therefore clearing the sinsus cavity helping you to breathe.

Try 5-10 minutes and see if you can breathe better. 

It might even make you feel like exercising your New Yrs Resolution!"
