"Another way to follow through with your New Yr's Resolution is to make a Vision Board.  Figure out what you would like to create in your life and make a collage about it.  Thinking about what you want is one thing...taking physical action towards your goal, vision, dream or New Yr's resolution puts it into motion...

Vision Boarding helps you put your visions, dreams and goals on paper, in writing, and in picture form.  Gather pictures and/or words from magazines and create a picture or collage of them.  It is another way of writing down your goals, but with a different approach.  This is a way to be creative, put your goals in motion, and manifest what you'd like to see happen in your life.  Vision boards help make a statement to the Universe about what direction you'd like your life to go in.  This helps you to focus on what you DO want, not what you don't want.

Putting together a Vision Board is also a very relaxing activity.  I like to listen to soothing music when I do mine.

After you've completed your vision board, make sure you put it somewhere you will see it often--for instance, on your bathroom mirror or the inside of your front door.  This way, you see it often and think about it often, putting positive thoughts and energy toward your dreams/goals.  Every time you brush your teeth, wash your face, or walk out the front door, you see that vision board.  Everytime you see it, you are reminded of what you DO want in life.  It helps to reprogram your brain.

It works.  I have had many vision boards become reality!  One of my most recent vision boards is about my book "Real Health, Real Life," I made an "Oprah Book Club" vision board!  It is currently in the process of coming to be. :)
It does not manifest overnight, but it WILL come to be! The more you look at it, the quicker it becomes reality.

Note: Make sure you move your vision board after a month or 2 to another "well seen" location so it does not blend in with your environment.  After awhile, we stop "seeing" things in our everyday environment.  So place it on your bathroom mirror for 1-2 months, then move it to your refrigerator door, or the inside of your front door.

Believe me, it DOES work!  Just be patient and view it often!  Make those New Yr's Resolutions come to be!"
