If you don't believe me, try it. Go to bed at 10:00 p.m. and sleep for 8 hrs. Then, on another night, go to bed at 2:00 a.m. and sleep for 8 hrs. Pay attention to how you feel when you get up. Notice the difference in the quality of sleep: how rested or not you feel. "
Note: Make sure you are ASLEEP by 10:00 p.m. on the night you go to bed early. If that means going to bed at 9:30 or 9:45pm then go ahead and do so.
