"Doing a juice cleanse is a great way to cleanse the body internally, free up energy and lose weight!  A juice cleanse also gives the body a rest from digestion...

Here is an easy juice combination I have used:

1 apple (the "multi-vitamin" fruit)
2 carrots (high in beta caroteen/Vitamin A and calcium)

Juice ingredients and drink immediately after juicing.  The longer fresh juice sits out, the quicker it oxidizes.  Oxidation makes  the juice lose its medicinal properties.   Nutrients are being lost every minute the juice sits out.  Refrigeration does help slow down the oxidation process, for awhile. 

For best results drink fresh juice immediately after juicing!
