"Real rewards are about giving yourself some type of reward after completing a particular project, task or job.  Sometimes we get so caught up in the "doing" that we forget to celebrate the "completion"...

Giving yourself a real reward can be anything from getting a massage, a mini-vacation or buying yourself a gift.

Rewarding yourself after working hard helps keep you from getting burned out.  Rewards also help you feel refreshed and give you a much more positive attitude when starting the next new project.

Rewarding yourself also sends a message to yourself that you are worthy and deserving of rewards, gifts, or time off.  Sending that message to yourself also helps boost your self-esteem.

Remember the rewards."
