"Regular stretching can be boring.  In fact, that's one reason many people don't do it.  Another reason, is they don't understand its importance.  Stretching is important for range of motion and oxygenating the muscles. Range of motion is important when reaching for things.  As we age (we are still young, you know), flexibility and range of motion tend to decrease.

Make stretching enjoyable.  Lengthen and elongate the muscles while listening to soothing music, ending with a 7-10 minute meditation.  Serenity Stretch is an experience."
