Real healing is about letting emotion come up and out. That's why it comes up...to get out. Whenever you feel emotion, good or uncomfortable, release it. Holding it in only holds you hostage to discomfort. Once the emotion has been released, you are free. (Just make sure that you release your emotions in a responsible way). Releasing painful feelings frees up space for more love and joy to enter your heart.
Next time emotion starts to surface, release it, let it go. Letting it go sets you free. Letting it go is the path to peace.
