"Real sleep is about getting 7-9 hours of quality sleep each night.  Real sleep is also about getting quality sleep between 10pm and 2am.  During those hours, your body releases healing hormones, creating a deep quality sleep.  The catch is, you have to be asleep in order for the healing hormones to release...

If you don't believe me, try it.  Go to bed at 10pm and sleep for 8 hours.  Then on another night, go to bed at 2am and sleep for 8 hours.  Pay attention to how you feel when you get up.  Notice the difference in the quality of sleep: how rested, or not, you feel.

Note: Make sure you are fair and treat both nights similarly, meaning, no alcohol, cigarettes or sleeping aids on either night.. See how you feel!"
