If you don't believe me, try it. Go to bed at 10pm and sleep for 8 hours. Then on another night, go to bed at 2am and sleep for 8 hours. Pay attention to how you feel when you get up. Notice the difference in the quality of sleep: how rested, or not, you feel.
Note: Make sure you are fair and treat both nights similarly, meaning, no alcohol, cigarettes or sleeping aids on either night.. See how you feel!"
