Your body absorbs 90% of the nutrients when juicing fresh, raw fruits and vegetables...10% when eating them.  Why the discrepancy?  We don't chew our food well enough.  We need to be chewing each bite 50 times! (and no, twinkies do not apply...there are no nutrients :)
