REAL ABSORPTION:
For REAL absorption, we should be chewing our food 50x per bite!
(Most people chew 10-15x)
REAL chewing breaks open the food membrane and releases the liquid/nutrients.
Our bodies cannot absorb nutrients unless it is in liquid form,
so the  more you chew your food, the more nutrients your body will absorb!
