REAL OXYGEN

REAL OXYGEN:
Follow up my fitness workouts with a "REAL Serenity Stretch" video session!  After running on the treadmill, muscles get tight from the constant contraction of the muscles...especially in a repetitive motion-oriented activity like running!  Very important to stretch the muscles back out after so much contraction!  Stretching gets the oxygen back into the muscles for repair and increased strength!
