REAL RELEASE

REAL RELEASE:
 Anger is often seen as a negative emotion...but it can also be positive.
Anger can be a REAL RELEASE, and healthy, as long as you don't hurt yourself or anyone else.
 Anger can be positive when it MOTIVATES you into action...something that needed to be acted on.
But again, as long as you do not hurt yourself or others.
