Emotional day today...very. People always say "change your thoughts, change your life"...I even believe that. BUT, sometimes you just gotta FEEL it...the negative feelings too. Sometimes, no matter what you do (affirmations/visualizations/positive thinking), you just need to feel what you feel, and let it out. It is what it is, negative or positive, feel it and release it. Besides, don't you feel better after a good cry? What's this crap about holding it in? And pretending everything is alright?
