GET IT OUT



GET IT OUT:
We've all been there, well most of us. Toxic relationships. Ways to detox? 1.Write a letter to a past love partner (you don't need to send it) Release old pent up feelings. Writing your feelings out is much more powerful! Putting things in writing are 5x more effective than thinking or speaking them. Then burn or rip it up. 2. Get rid of old items from past partner. 3. Create a Healing or LoveBoard whichever is appropriate. (Like a vision board) 4. Get it out, talk to a friend. Move on w/your new life by taking on new activities. 5.Write affirmations about healing and or a potential new love.  (For more info check me out on FB and Twitter.)
