Papaya is rich in beta-carotene and vitamin C as well as a great exfoliator! 
Enzymes in papaya actually eat dead skin cells, leaving a smoother skin surface.
I eat the flesh part of papaya, then smooth the skin over my face, neck and body. 
Let it sit for 20-30 min., then rinse off. Feel a much smoother skin surface! 
Papaya is a very inexpensive and natural exfoliator compared to some skin care products!
