Setting it right within you may not involve confronting someone. It may involve writing a letter or journaling--whatever it is you need to do to be true to yourself and your feelings, do it." (from my book Real Health Real Life) I needed a reminder... I wrote my email with honor, sent it to the person, and now I feel better.
