WHICH HAS MORE OMEGA 3's?

WHICH HAS MORE OMEGA 3's ? Walnuts?  Or Salmon?
Both are good sources...Walnuts are a good source but the conversion process to make DHA and EPA is less efficient.  According to Women's Health Magazine, many experts recommend salmon as having the straight EPA and DHA for your body to use.
I do like walnuts, but I love salmon!  Salmon wins again!
