DARK NIGHT, DEEP SLEEP

DARK NIGHT, DEEP SLEEP:  Getting enough sleep improves memory, regulates appetite, reduces inflammation, and extends your life!  Any type of light exposure can reduce your sleep inducing hormone by 50 %, according to Lipman of the journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism.  Be sure to make your bedroom as dark as possible. Cover your digital clock and any other LED lights in the room that may be robbing you of your precious ZZZZZZZs.
