EAT LESS, DRINK LESS:
 Holiday Tip... Drink 8-12 ounces of water before eating anything. Drinking water creates a 'full' feeling, causing you to eat less food. If you are going to drink alcohol at a holiday event, drinking a large glass of water beforehand helps hydrate your body. This again creates a 'full' feeling, helping you to drink less.
