ALLERGY DIET SAMPLE: The way you eat can make a huge difference in how you feel during allergy season. One sample meal to eat, during Cedar Fever season: Lettuce turkey wraps. 3-4 Romaine lettuce leaves, 1 avocado, and 3-5 ounces of turkey. Place turkey and sliced avocado inside lettuce leaf...and eat like you would a taco.
