CANDIDA CAUSES: "Candida is yeast growth within the body. It can grow in several different areas of the body, such as the mouth, areas of the skin, vagina, colon and even the brain! We always have some amounts of yeast in our bodies. When the amount of yeast gets out of balance, that when the problems starts. Candida, or yeast overgrowth, can be caused by too much bread or yeast-filled foods, sugar and or alcohol. These types of foods tend to feed the Candida and make it grow. Once it gets to a certain point of overgrowth, it can be very difficult to resist cravings for these foods and/or drinks. There are a couple of ways to reduce the yeast overgrowth..."
