EAT LIKE A QUEEN

REAL CALORIE REVERSAL: Women who ate a 700-calorie breakfast and 200-calorie dinner shed more than twice as much weight in 12 wks than those whose meal sizes were reversed according to a study in the journal Obesity. Guess that supports the saying "Eat breakfast like a queen and dinner like a pauper."
