LETTING GO

LETTING GO: "Confronting a person or situation can be uncomfortable, but so can guilt, resentment and anger. Setting it right within you may not involve confronting someone. It may involve writing a letter or journaling... Whatever it is you need to do to be true to yourself and your feelings, do it. I am not talking about getting revenge or "getting back" at someone for what they did to you. That would be adding more negativity to the situation. I am talking about what you can do to make peace with yourself and/or the other person in a healthy way, so you can let it go. Letting it go sets you free. Letting it go brings peace..."
