GRATITUDE JOURNALING:  Gratitude journaling is exactly what it sounds like: writing about whatever it is you are grateful for.  Being grateful is one thing, writing about your gratitude is quite powerful.   Gratitude journaling is uplifting, encouraging and makes you feel wonderful.  You can make a list of things you are grateful for, or you could write about the way you feel about your blessings in sentence form.  No matter how bad things may appear, they could always be worse.  There is always someone out there who has it worse than you.  
writing about gratitude not only changers the way you see things, it can change your life.  'The only thing we are ever dealing with is a thought and a thought can be changed.'  Next time you are feeling down, angry, or upset, try gratitude journaling.  I guarantee it will make you feel better and make your life better..."
