SALMON UPDATE: Bad News: Marine mercury levels are increasing. Consuming too much mercury can have negative effects on your brain. Good News: Salmon has lower levels of mercury than predatory fish like tuna, king mackerel, swordfish and shark, according to Joel, Blum, PhD of Univ. or Michigan. (So, not only is Mercury in retrograde, but it's also rising!
