EAT IN BULK for the holidays

HOLIDAY PARTY TIPS: 1. Bring a veggie tray (or something healthy) to the party. This way, you are guaranteed to have something healthy to eat at the party. 2. Eat in Bulk: Eat lots of raw veggies before eating any other foods. Filling up on raw veggies leaves less room for rich, fattening foods. Eating raw veggies with other foods, also helps your body digest the less healthy food!
