WHAT ARE WE AFRAID OF? Thoughts. They are all just thoughts. So much fear. The more we entertain fearful thoughts, the more fear entertain us. Train your brain to stop the fearful thought mid-stream and replace it with a positive thought. What are we afraid of? Our own thoughts...They are just thoughts...And a thought can be changed!
