GROUNDED in GRATITUDE: When life becomes stressful, ground yourself in gratitude! Several years ago a phrase "came" to me that has been helpful in grounding myself. Reach your arms up to the sky and say,
"I am grateful for ALL that I am, ALL that I am becoming,
ALL that I have, and ALL that is coming!"
It creates gratitude for the past, present and future!
