FOODS TO STAY AWAY FROM during allergy season: Citrus fruits, dairy foods, tomatoes, grains, chocolate, dark colas, sugar, and eggs. Restrict these particular foods for 5 days. After 5 days, eat one of your favorite foods and see if your allergy symptoms return. If not, add another favorite food, and so on.
