PROCRASTINATION: "Doing projects we don't like causes stress, therefore we procrastinate. Putting off what needs to be done only causes MORE stress, especially if there's a deadline. Our ego voice does everything possible to talk us out of doing the task. Many times the project is not as bad as originally imagined by the ego mind. Next time you lean towards procrastinating, tell yourself you'll feel LESS STRESS by starting earlier. Also, when considering the task, remind yourself of how GOOD YOU'LL FEEL once the task is completed!"
