BEFORE MAKING A DECISION...CHANGE YOUR SHOES

"BEFORE MAKING A DECISION...CHANGE YOUR SHOES.  Putting yourself  in the other person's shoes is helpful in gathering information before making a decision.  Whether it's your friend's shoes, your boss' shoes, or a total stranger's shoes, putting yourself in THEIR shoes gives you a better perspective on how to create a win-win decision.  This applies to 'work shoes,'  'family shoes,' or any 'relationship shoes.'  Next time you're trying to decide how to deal with a certain person, change your shoes!"
