WHAT IF___________?

WHAT IF_________?: "What if I don't get the promotion?  What if we break up?  What if I fail?  ' What if's' can lower your energy and self-esteem, destroying goals and dreams, not to mention your mood.  One way to keep yourself on track is to "What if" in a positive way.  Ask yourself, "What if I DO get the promotion?  What if we stay together?"  Next time the 'what if's' attempt to bring you down, turn it around and ask yourself, "What if I am successful?"
