IT WORKS, OR IT DOESN'T: "This is good. That's bad. This is right. That's wrong. Right, wrong, good, and bad can leave us feeling high, low, superior and inferior. Instead of feeling 'wrong' or inferior, ask yourself, "Does this work for me, or does it not?" No one thing works for everyone. When you release the good/bad/right/wrong concept, you also release heaviness, 'wrongness' and guilt. You feel lighter when you take good/bad/right/wrong out of your vocabulary. Next time someone says you're wrong, tell them, 'It works for me!"
