RESIST RESISTANCE :)  "Stress comes from resisting things we can't control.  Whether it's changing weather, or the frustration of other people's behavior, resistance consumes A LOT of energy.  Resistance drains, exhausts and depletes you.  Next time you feel resistance, release and relax.  Releasing resistance does not mean you agree with the situation, but it can help you relax and gain clarity.  Who knows, you may even decide to go WITH it!  You may be surprised at the outcome!"
