RELEASE OR RE-LIVE:  "We hold on to people, places and experiences.  That's great when experiences are positive, but when it's negative, release it.  If you don't release it, you re-live it.  Over and over again in your mind.  Re-living negative people, places and experiences affects your body, mind and life.  Release negativity through journaling, meditation, prayer or forgiveness.  If you don't release, re-living is relentless."
