TIME TO TALK BACK

TIME TO TALK BACK:  "You did a poor job," "You screwed up," "You are not good enough."  The voices in our minds can say a multitude of things, some of them damaging.  If the voice in  your head says negative things, you can do one of 3 things.  1. Believe it. 2. Resist it.  3. Talk back.  Believing negative self-talk makes you feel worse.  REsisting only makes it persist.  Talking back to it acknowledges the voice, yet takes a stand to put it in its place.  So, next time the negative decides to speak up...Talk back!"
