UNCONSCIOUS UNHAPPINESS: "Focusing on the past or the future creates unhappiness. You're either regretting what's already happened, or fearing what will happen. You're basically focusing on what you don't have, which makes you unconscious. Unconsciousness creates unhappiness.
Happiness, on the other hand, is being conscious of what's already in front of you. Appreciating what you DO have creates gratitude, which in turn, creates happiness. To be happy, wake up and appreciate what's in front of you. You'll soon be conscious of your happiness!"
